I am from Bangladesh. My name is Maruf Ahmad i stayed at Hotel Kayzee for 4 nights with my friends and family and the experience was so good. Hotel is located at the centre of the city, i am in love with the surroundings. I will definitely come to stay at kayzee again. Staff is so cooperative and the food service is so good. Rooms are so maintained abd clean. I hope to visit there again.

Hotel is situated in the Heart of the city. It Feels Like Home. The food is awesome there. The hotel is well heated. One could not feel that he is in a minus degree Celsius temperature. Rooms are warm, spacious & airy. staff is well experienced. They are all helpful. I would definitely visit it Again and Again

Most disgusting experience fraud cheated

Don't pay them anything in advance they have cheated us more than 40k. Payment taken as advance but till date after several reminder nothing refunded. At first they have promised to refund the advance among as we have informed them several days earlier,but then they are dealing everyday. Every time we called them either they can't listen to phone calls or the concerned person is not in there.

Things I liked: - the location is superb, absolutely in the heart of city (Lal Chowk), which also happens t be the best place for shopping in Kashmir - theirs was the most delicious food I had in my 7-day trip - the staff is extremely hospitable and always willing to give over-and-above support, for example, when my wife fell ill, they got us medicines from Lal Chowk at 11 in the night Issues I faced: - wifi range is very less, it didn't connect in my room on 3rd floor, and I had to come to reception every time i wanted to use internet - on our first morning there, when we had to get ready to leave for Gulmarg, there was some issue with the water motor, so no water in the bathroom for about 2 hours. - rooms were small & cramped, carpet/towel/floor/bathroom were not very clean Overall, it's an okay hotel at the given price, I'll recommend it only when you just hv to spend the nights in hotel and plan to travel to other places like Gulmarg/Sonmarg/Pahalgam during the day.
